Days 1–3
Pre-licensing coursework
We hand you off to the Elite Training Academy for your state-specific pre-licensing course and exam prep.
Weeks 1–3
Pass your state exam
Schedule your exam, pass it, and upload your license. We get you appointed with carriers right after.
Weeks 3–4
Carrier appointments
We submit you for appointment with our partner carriers so you can write business as soon as you're licensed.
Week 4
Launch playbook
A first-30-days playbook, mentor call, lead sources, and best practices for new independent agents.
Week 5
Ongoing coaching
Stay engaged with weekly drops of training content, top-performer interviews, and live coaching sessions.
